The youth center is backed by a dedicated and diverse team that supports young people with heart, mind, and experience.
Our core team consists of two trained youth workers who, with great dedication and expertise, organize daily activities and support young people in their development. The team is regularly supplemented by European volunteers participating in the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). With their energy, new perspectives, and intercultural experiences, they tangibly enrich our interactions.
Our team is trained for work in the youth center – what we call open youth work – and sees continuous professional development as a natural part of their responsibilities.
The board of directors
The board of directors of an Austrian youth center bears overall legal and organizational responsibility. It ensures the implementation of the association’s goals, compliance with legal requirements, financial and personnel management, and strategic direction. It also represents the association externally, for example, to authorities, funding agencies, and the public.
